『母親・母性キャラ』のプロンプト見本｜ママのエプロン・抱っこ・膝枕

母親（ママ）や母性キャラは、目を細めた穏やかな笑顔と、低い位置でまとめた髪やエプロンのような装い、そして子どもや家事との場面で描き分けられます。母親らしい仕草3通り、子どもや家事と一緒の場面5通り、装いや髪型を変えた4通りに、基本の1枚を加えた計13の見本を用意しました。和服の装いは『着物』のプロンプト見本、笑顔の描き分けは『笑い顔・笑顔』のプロンプト見本で詳しく紹介しています。

母親・母性キャラの基本プロンプト（エプロン姿の母親）

mature female で大人の女性にし、motherly に gentle smile, half-closed eyes を添えて、目を細めた穏やかな笑顔にしています。この4つを全見本の土台にしました。髪は low ponytail, hair over shoulder で肩に流す低い位置の一つ結び、服は apron, cardigan のエプロン姿で、台所に立たせています。

母親らしい仕草のプロンプト（3種）

料理をする

(cooking:1.2) と holding ladle, pot, stove で、鍋をかき混ぜる姿にしています。from side で横から写すと、台所での手元の動きが分かりやすくなります。

赤ちゃんを抱く

(carrying baby:1.3) と baby, blanket で、おくるみの赤ちゃんを腕に抱かせ、looking down で赤ちゃんを見つめさせています。赤ちゃんを描くため solo は外しました。髪は side braid で横に流す三つ編みにしています。

頬に手を当ててほほえむ

(hand on own cheek:1.2) と (head tilt:1.2) で、頬に手を当てて首をかしげる仕草にしています。おっとりした母性キャラの定番の仕草で、upper body で顔に寄せると表情が伝わります。

ここからは子どもや家事と一緒の場面です。mother and daughter で親子を描き、(holding hands:1.4), hand in hand, walking side by side で手をつないで並んで歩かせています。夕暮れの公園（park, sunset）で、帰り道の一場面になります。

絵本を読み聞かせる

mother and son に (picture book:1.2) を添え、(in bed:1.2), (under covers:1.3) で二人で布団に入り、bedroom, night, lamp で寝る前の読み聞かせにしています。ベッドに腰かけて子どもを膝の前に座らせる形では、子どもの下半身が母親の脚と溶け合って消える見本になったので、布団で脚を覆う構図に替えました。男の子が2人描かれることもあったため、one child を足し、ネガティブ（Negative prompt 欄）に 2boys, multiple children を入れています。

子どもを抱きしめる

(hug:1.3) と kneeling で、膝をついて子どもと目の高さを合わせ、抱きしめています。closed eyes, smile で、二人とも幸せそうな顔になります。

膝枕で頭をなでる

(lap pillow:1.4) と (seiza:1.2), sitting on tatami で畳に正座させ、(boy lying on back:1.3), head on her lap で男の子の頭を膝にのせて、(headpat:1.2) で頭をなでています。from above で上から写すと、膝枕の形と、子どもを見下ろす母親の表情が一緒に収まります。ソファに座らせた膝枕は、子どもがクッションごと上に乗る・母親が覆いかぶさる絵になったので、正座の膝枕に替えました。

(hanging laundry:1.3) と clothesline, white sheets で、青空のベランダで洗濯物を干しています。from front, looking at viewer を足した理由は、下の「意図しない描写を避けるポイント」に書いています。

装い・髪型別の母性キャラのプロンプト（4種）

和服の母

ここからは装いを変えた見本です。(kimono:1.2) に hair bun, kanzashi のまとめ髪とかんざしを合わせ、seiza で正座させています。湯のみを持った和室の母親で、落ち着いた和風の母性キャラになります。

若いお母さん

王妃（ファンタジーの母）

太い三つ編みを肩から前に垂らす

ママキャラによくある髪型です。(side braid:1.3), (single braid:1.2) で横に寄せた一本の三つ編みにし、(thick braid:1.2) で太さを出しています。(hair over shoulder:1.3), braid in front で片方の肩から胸の前へ垂らし、ネガティブ（Negative prompt 欄）に twin braids, ponytail, hair behind back を入れて、二つ結びや背中側に流れる形にならないようにしました。毛先をリボンで結ぶと、柔らかい印象が増します。

母親・母性キャラのプロンプトを使うときのコツ

• mature female と motherly, gentle smile, half-closed eyes の土台を入れておくと、服や場面を変えても母親らしい顔立ちが保たれます
• 子どもを一緒に描くときは mother and daughter / mother and son に child を添え、solo は外します
• 若い母親にしたいときは mature female を外し、普段着や高い位置の髪型に替えると年齢の印象が下がります

母親・母性キャラでよくあるつまずき

子どもと手をつながせたいのに、離れて歩く

holding hands を (…:1.3) で入れただけでは、子どもが母親の前を走り、手が離れた見本になりました。(holding hands:1.4) に hand in hand, walking side by side を足し、ネガティブに running, separated を入れると、並んで手をつなぐ形になります。

子どもを母親の前に座らせると、子どもの下半身が消える

ベッドに腰かけた母親の膝の前に子どもを座らせると、子どもの胴から下が母親の脚と溶け合って消える見本になりました。in bed, under covers で二人とも布団に入れ、脚を布団で覆うと、体の重なりが破綻しにくくなります。ネガティブには child on lap, fused bodies, missing legs を入れています。

子どもを1人描きたいのに、2人になる

読み聞かせや膝枕の見本で、同じ顔の男の子が2人描かれることがありました。one child を足し、ネガティブに 2boys, multiple boys, multiple children を入れます。

膝枕にしたいのに、胸元にもたれる・覆いかぶさる形になる

ソファに座った母親に lap pillow, headpat を指定すると、子どもが胸元にもたれる、クッションごと膝に乗る、母親が子どもに覆いかぶさる、といった見本になりました。(seiza:1.2), sitting on tatami で畳に正座させ、boy lying on back, head on her lap で子どもを仰向けに寝かせて頭だけを膝にのせると、膝枕の形になります。ネガティブには pillow, cushion, sitting on lap, sofa を入れています。

意図しない描写を避けるポイント

洗濯物を干す姿が、横向きの構図になる

hanging laundry とエプロンの組み合わせで、横を向いて洗濯物に手を伸ばす絵になりました。from front, looking at viewer で正面からこちらを向かせ、ネガティブに from behind, from side, *ss focus を入れます。

母親らしい表情の土台はそのままに、仕草・場面・装いのタグを差し替えて、物語に合った母性キャラを作ってみてください。
