『立ち絵』のプロンプト見本｜正面・ポーズ違い・Vtuber風・表情差分・三面図まで11種

立ち絵は、simple background, white background の無地の背景に、standing, straight-on（正面を向いて立つ）と full body（全身）を合わせるのが基本です。そこに手の位置や向き、写す範囲を変えると、用途に合った立ち絵になります。ポーズ違い4通り、向きと写す範囲の3通り、設定用の資料2通り、男性1通りに、基本の1枚を加えた計11の見本を用意しました。服は全見本で制服にそろえています。立ち姿以外のポーズは『座る』のプロンプト見本、表情の描き分けは『笑い顔・笑顔』のプロンプト見本なども参照してください。

立ち絵の基本プロンプト（正面の立ち絵）

ポーズ違いの立ち絵のプロンプト（4種）

手を腰に当てる

arms at sides を (hand on hip:1.3) に置き換えて、両手を腰に当てさせています。confident smile で、自信のある表情にしました。

腕を組む

横向きの立ち絵

膝上の立ち絵

Vtuber風の上半身

1girl を 1boy に替え、gakuran の学ランを着せています。hands in pockets で、ポケットに手を入れた立ち姿にしました。

立ち絵のプロンプトを使うときのコツ

• 立ち絵は、無地の背景（simple background, white background）と正面（straight-on）、全身（full body）の組み合わせが土台です
• 全身を入れたいときは shoes を、膝上で頭を切らしたくないときは head visible を添えると、写す範囲が安定します
• 手が見える立ち絵は指が崩れやすいので、hand on hip・arms behind back・hands in pockets のように手を体に添える・隠すポーズが使いやすくなります

立ち絵でよくあるつまずき

腕を組ませたいのに、体を抱いた形に寄る

crossed arms だけでは、自分の体を抱きしめる形になり、顔に寄った構図になりました。arms crossed over chest と (full body:1.3), shoes を足し、ネガティブに self hug, hugging own body, close-up, upper body を入れています。

表情差分に、意味のない文字が並ぶ

expression chart は、表情ごとに読めない文字のラベルが描かれました。ネガティブに text, japanese text, labels, speech bubble を入れると、文字が減ります。

意図しない描写を避けるポイント

斜め向きにしたいのに、スカートがめくれた後ろ姿になる

three-quarter view で体を横に向けると、スカートがめくれて後ろ寄りに写る絵になることがありました。face toward viewer を添え、ネガティブに from behind, back を入れています。

無地の背景・正面・全身を土台に、手の位置や向き、写す範囲を変えていくのが、立ち絵のプロンプトの基本です。
